• They provide payment for cancer screening tests to qualified Delaware adults.
• Office visits, Mammograms, clinical breast exams, Pap tests, Prostate and Colorectal cancer screening tests recommended by your doctor.
• Lung cancer screening tests, if recommended by your doctor and you meet the criteria.
• Health education with the help of coordinating associated care.

How to be eligible in this program?

• Must be a Delaware resident.
• Must be age 18-64 and not eligible for Medicaid.
• Must be age 65 or older and do not qualify for Medicare.
• Have health insurance that doesn't cover screenings.
• Uninsured or no medical insurance nor private HMO.
• Are not eligible for health insurance from the Health Insurance Marketplace.
• Not eligible for Medicare or Medicaid.
• Have a household income between 139% and 250% of the Federal Poverty Level.
• Federal Poverty Level is based on annual household income and household size.
• A household consists of the individual, their spouse, and all dependent children under 18 years of age.
• Delaware Residents with an annual household income between 139% and 250% of the Federal Poverty Level are eligible for Screening for Life if they are deemed ineligible for Medicaid.
