    During October, Bayhealth will offer additional $15 low-cost mammograms to uninsured and underinsured patients from 1 to 3 p.m. Wednesdays, Oct. 8, 15 and 22, at the Women’s Center at Dover, Women’s Wellness Center at Milford and Middletown Medical center.
