Eligibility
Patient Eligibility for Screening Services
Must be a West Virginia resident
21-64 years of age for cervical and 40-64 years of age for breast
Those under the age of 40 with symptoms (breast mass, nipple discharge, breast pain, etc.) or at high-risk
Those over the age of 64 who do not have Medicare Part B
Income at or below 250% of the current Federal Poverty Level
Uninsured OR Underinsured
Medical insurance does not cover WVBCCSP screening services
OR
Has an unmet deductible or a required co-payment causing hardship for services covered by WVBCCSP

Application/Enrollment Info
Contact your local participating provider and ask to be enrolled in WVBCCSP. The provider will review the requirements and determine your eligibility. You will be asked to help complete several forms. This process will take approximately one hour. If eligible, you will begin your participation in the WVBCCSP by receiving screening services. Services
The WVBCCSP provides clinical breast examinations (CBEs), mammograms, and Pap tests for eligible women, as well as diagnostic testing for women whose screening outcome is abnormal.
