• Women ages 40 to 60 years old who meet guidelines for screening every year.
• Women below 40 who has a family history of breast cancer.
• Low-cost tests are provided to uninsured women with incomes at or less than 250 percent of the poverty level beginning three years after the onset of sexual activity or no older than 21 years of age.
