The Southern Tier Cancer Services Program provides FREE cancer screenings to people who do not have health insurance. The program also provides free diagnostic testing when there has been an abnormal screening result. Uninsured individuals who are in need of treatment for breast, cervical, colorectal, or prostate cancer may be eligible for Medicaid coverage through the Medicaid Cancer Treatment Program.
