Ingham County Health Department (ICHD) serves as a Local Coordinating Agency (LCA) for the Michigan Breast and Cervical Cancer Control Navigation Program (BC3NP). This program is part of a nationwide effort to decrease breast and cervical cancer lost of life by offering free breast and cervical screening services, follow-up care, medical referral and cancer treatment to low income women. By way of ICHD services are available to women living in Clinton, Gratiot, Ingham, Ionia, Jackson, Livingston, and Washtenaw counties.
