- Women aged 40 to 64 years old, screened every other year.
- Women aged 40 to 64 years old with breast complaints.
- Women aged 40-64 years old high risk, screened every year.
- Women under age 40 years old, who have a very high cancer risk, have a personal history of breast cancer, have a breast mask with a first-degree relative with breast cancer, or bloody nipple discharge expressed by the provider.
- Women age 65 and older with no insurance or Medicare Part A only.
- Women who have an income at or below 250% of the federal poverty guidelines - 2018 Income Eligibility Guidelines.
