As long as you continue to be eligible for the BCC Program.
What are the eligibility guidelines?
- Age 30 years or older - Do not have Medicare Part B or full New Mexico Medicaid - Live at or below 250% of the federal poverty level (See income chart below) - Have little or no health insurance - Are a woman (including a transgender woman), a transgender man, a gender non-binary person, an intersex person
