How to be eligible for this program?
- You must be a Delaware resident.
- Must have health insurance that doesn't cover screenings.
- Must be age 18-64 and not eligible for Medicaid.
- Must be age 65 or older and do not qualify for Medicare.
- Must meet income guidelines.
- Must not be eligible for health insurance from the Health Insurance Marketplace.
- Delaware Residents are eligible for Screening for Life if they have a household income between 139% and 250% of the Federal Poverty Level.
- The Federal Poverty Level is based on annual household income and household size.
- Must have a household consisting of the individual, their spouse, and all dependent children under 18 years of age.
- Must be Delaware Residents with an annual household income between 139% and 250% of the Federal Poverty Level are eligible for Screening for Life if they are deemed ineligible for Medicaid.
